No—there is no online account holding your list. This browser keeps a working copy on this device when it can. That copy can disappear if browser data is cleared or you use private browsing. Another browser or device will not have it. Save a copy to your device often, and before you leave.
First add your guests to the list. In Step 2, choose Save a copy to my device. Or use Download Gather & Make project in Step 4. Keep that file so you can edit your list here later.
No. Each download makes a new copy. Your device may add a number to its name. Keep the newest gather-and-make-project file.
Open Step 1 and choose Open or combine Gather & Make projects. Select your newest project file, review it, and choose Use this combined list. Word, spreadsheet, and PDF files cannot reopen here.
Yes. In Step 3, choose Print / PDF, Download Word document, or Download spreadsheet CSV. The Word file opens in Word or Google Docs. The CSV file opens in a spreadsheet, including Google Sheets. Save your Gather & Make project too if you want to edit here later.
Yes. Send them your saved Gather & Make project file. They can open it here, make changes, and send a new copy back. You can combine files in Step 1. You will not see each other’s changes live.
