Guest details
The tool stores the guest details you enter in this browser’s local storage when it is available. Names, email addresses, mailing addresses, RSVP choices, and custom fields are not uploaded to a guest-list database. Anyone using this browser profile may be able to open its saved list, so take care on shared devices.
Files you download or share
A Gather & Make project contains all saved guest details, including hidden fields. Word, CSV, and print exports contain the details selected for that export. Downloaded files are under your control. Share them only with people authorized to manage the list. If you upload a file to Google Docs, email, cloud storage, or another service, that service’s privacy terms apply.
Removing your work
Start a new list / clear this device’s list removes the saved project from this browser after confirmation. Clearing browser data also removes it. Delete downloaded copies separately from your device and any services you used to share them. Practice sample lists are separate and do not replace the saved real project.
Normal website connections
The website’s hosting providers process normal connection information such as IP addresses and requested file URLs to deliver and protect the site. This is different from uploading your guest list. Do not put guest details in the page URL. This version does not use analytics scripts or advertising cookies.
Advertising status
No Google AdSense or other advertising script is active. The labeled space on the public guide is a reservation, not an advertisement. If advertising is enabled later, this page will be updated to identify the providers, explain cookies and choices, and link to the relevant privacy and consent options. The guest-list workspace is kept separate from advertising-enabled guide pages.
Use only information you may manage
Only enter or import details you are authorized to use for your occasion. The tool is not an address-verification service or a substitute for a secure records system.
